LANSING, Mich. — A former Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was sentenced on May 10, after pleading no contest to sexually assaulting his minor relatives decades ago. Kevin Taylor, 49, of Riley, was sentenced to serve five to 15 years in prison on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
